Yes. Most of our programs begin with a component you are already buying from someone else. We work from drawings, CAD files, specification sheets, or a physical sample of the existing part and reverse engineer to match construction, dimensions, machining, and finish. Samples are produced and approved before any production run is released.
Yes. Once a program is established, warehouse-supported customers can release product in smaller quantities, including LTL shipments, against a forecast. Production runs at container volume and delivery follows your production schedule.
Birch, rubberwood, hard maple, soft maple, red oak, white oak, poplar, and carbonized poplar, with other hardwood species available based on requirements and availability. We can also evaluate alternative species when the goal is to reduce cost while maintaining the appearance, strength, machining characteristics, or finishing performance the application requires.
Approximately 12 to 14 weeks from final specification and order approval to delivery. Actual timing varies with product complexity, species and raw material availability, finishing requirements, production schedules, container availability, and port conditions. For recurring programs, forecasting and scheduled container orders create more consistent lead times.
One 20-foot container. Orders can include multiple SKUs or component sizes when production and container loading requirements allow.
Before full production begins, samples are produced for your review and approval to confirm construction, dimensions, machining, finish, and overall quality. Dimensional tolerances, moisture content, color range, machining tolerances, packaging, and inspection criteria are established during that process.

If you are already buying the component from someone else, a specification sheet or a physical sample of the existing part is often the fastest route to a quote.
