- Machined dovetail joinery at all four corners
- Solid hardwood or plywood sides depending on grade, finish, and target cost
- Captured bottom panel installed in a machined groove
- Bottom groove sized to the specified panel thickness, commonly 2.75mm through 3.10mm for a 3mm nominal panel
- Groove placement set to the slide system in use, commonly 1/2 inch up from the bottom edge
- Front attachment boring produced to your specified method and pattern
