A Letter from Our President

After more than 25 years in the hardwood components industry, I have learned that this business is not really about selling products. It is about helping manufacturers build supply chains they can count on.

What Keeps Purchasing Managers Up at Night

It is rarely price alone. It is late shipments, inconsistent quality, and the question of whether a critical component will arrive when the line is depending on it. Rising material costs, labor shortages, freight volatility, and tariff uncertainty all land on the same desk. Our job is to take those problems off it.

How we work

Our goal has always been to become an extension of our customers’ purchasing departments. We do not just quote products. We work alongside our customers to find cost reductions, improve consistency, simplify logistics, and build sourcing programs that hold up over years rather than quarters.

That work has taken me through cabinet manufacturers, manufactured housing companies, and woodworking businesses across North America, and into mills and factories across Asia and, more recently, Europe. I have spent a lot of hours on those factory floors with owners, engineers, and production teams. Those hours taught me that partnerships come down to three things: trust, communication, and doing what you said you would do.

What We Supply

Assembled face frames. Dovetail drawer boxes. Cabinet doors and drawer fronts. Fillers and mouldings. Cut-to-size and machined components. Whether we are running a standing program or developing an entirely new one, the objective does not change: consistent quality, dependable service, and long-term value.

Delivered Pricing

One of the principles we hold to most is Delivered Pricing. Our customers deserve to know their cost upfront, with no hidden freight charges and no surprise tariff surcharges. We work to keep the buying process simple so our customers can focus on what they do best, which is manufacturing.

Thank you for taking the time to learn about South Creek Supply. We appreciate the chance to earn your business.
